- Çok büyük dosya upload'ları (>100MB) zaman aşımına uğrayabilir

### Workarounds
- Deployment süresi: Normal davranış, sabırla bekleyin
- Windows: WSL2 veya Git Bash kullanın
- Büyük dosyalar: `CLIENT_MAX_BODY_SIZE` ve `PROXY_READ_TIMEOUT` artırın
