Mark S. Lewis 628331d1a2 Fix error in full-stack-asset-transfer-guide docs 
- Set correct CERTIFICATE file name in application ChaincodeEvents exercise.
- Add required environment variables to application AssetTransfer exercise, rather than rely on the RunApplication exercise being run in the same terminal first.

Client Application Development

This session consists of the following topics to be covered in order:

  1. Fabric Gateway - overview of the Fabric Gateway service used by client applications to interact with the Fabric network.
  2. Exercise: Run the client application - run the Trader sample application.
  3. Application overview - description of key parts of the application.
  4. Exercise: Implement asset transfer - enhance the client application to allow the transfer of assets.
  5. Chaincode events - overview of chaincode events and their use.
  6. Exercise: Use chaincode events - listen for chaincode events and use them to implement notifications.
