Simon Stone 6ea7c71c6c [FAB-16285] Update blacklisted versions in BYFN 
Update the blacklisted versions in BYFN so that
BYFN from Fabric v2.0 samples refuses to work
with binaries and Docker images from Fabric v1.x.
