After creating release-1.1 branch, pin the fabric samples to use
version "~1.1.0" of node sdk and node chaincode. This will forever
align fabric samples in release-1.1 branch with the 1.1.x node.js
releases.

the function name is spelled changeCarOwner.
Renamed changeCarowner to changeCarOwner.

fabcar uses 1.0.2 node modules changing it to unstable so that
latest node modules can be used on master branch

addresses porting of the golang chaincode to node.js
chiancode and the corresponding README files
