Avoid chaincode packages picking up dependencies on later v2.x releases,
such as v2.5.x. Later releases may exploit features not compatible with
the v2.2 chaincode container runtime.

Also add .gitignore files for abstore/marbles02, as these are

Rename the marbles02 node directory as the sample code
within is JavaScript, and we are planning to add a
TypeScript version as well.
